Again, when you see articles about modern feminist bullshit, itâs tempting to imagine that itâs all airy-fairy garbage and it couldnât actually affect anyone in real life. Youâre going to have to explain that to Tim Hunt.
Or Gregory Elliott, whose entire crime was robustly disagreeing with some feminists on Twitter. One of the feminists, Stephanie Guthrie, actually said âI want his hatred on the Internet to impact his real-life experience.â Elliotâs first difficulty with Guthrie was when he refused to go along with a Personal Army Request to take down an anti-Anita Sarkeesian game. Sadly, on the internet, nobody knows youâre joking.
Pro-censorship buffoons and toxic feminists have even taken to compiling huge âblacklistsâ of Twitter profiles, many of whom are confirmed feminists, simply for disagreeing with their gibberish, describing their exercise of free speech as âviolenceâ, thereby ensuring they will never be presented with any of the evidence which demonstrates where theyâre going wrong. Instead, they are unwittingly (probably?) taking part in a witch-hunt âthat would make Joe McCarthyâs eyes waterâ, and maybe even encouraging extremism.
Until people in the Western world who claim to be feminists get serious about controlling these toxic radical feminists, until the toxic feminists can be made to understand the damage theyâre doing to the movement, damage which could take fucking decades for the rest of us to repair, weâll be dealing with this sort of thing instead of real womenâs issues.
