Last month I emailed @tilleyofficial that my original Tilley T3 hat that I love and purchased way back in the 80’s no longer fit my noggin since my liver transplant (prednisone!). I received a very nice email back from their customer service manager, Carolyn, who was not only a fellow organ transplant survivor, but helped me select a suitable replacement hat that had the same “worn” look as my origjnal Tilley.
