I don't like the checker-board layout used in parallel comparisons that's so prominent on tumblr. Just let the left column be the first scene and the right column be the other scene. Interlacing them is so ugly and confusing, and I have difficulties reblogging gif sets or screenshot sets done in that pattern, even when I love the comparison being made and the images being used, bc I'm so viscerally put off by the layout.
Kyo putting his head on Tohru's shoulder or Tohru chasing after Kyo on the bridge. Which scene was more beautiful?
It's no use. They were both equally beautiful, and they both made my heart pound. We've truly been fed.
I would trade all of my empathy and morals and good intentions for a freedom from anxiety and self-awareness. I want to be the kind of person who cuts in line and weaves around in traffic because I think I'm the only person who matters. I want to go months without making a phone call without an ounce of guilt. I want everything to be someone else's fault.
Akito's little lower lashes.
That's it. That's the post.

A big tip. If your friend guesses the big twist, don't get all "HOW DID YOU KNOW?!" about it. Say as little as you can. Say "You'll have to keep reading/watching/whatever". Give them time to second guess things. Or let them build on their first correct guess. Because when you confirm their guess for them, it's not much different than spoiling things for them yourself.
The camellia flowers. The one camellia bloom falling off.

Episode 18 featured a translation error that I can’t exactly be too angry about because it’s understandable how it happened. However, the audience’s understanding of the scene suffers from it. Here’s the error.
Isuzu’s dialogue should be, “Yeah, I love Daddy and Mommy, too.” Because as you can see:
The person Isuzu is speaking to in that scene is neither of her parents.
Something to be aware of.
