Which ancestor would be the most pleased with their descendent's current life / status quo? Which would be the most displeased?
Most pleased would be either Dierum (because Vatrra is working hard at something she loves and has stable relationships, even if sheâs working the job Dierum hated) or Azaron (because Warron has come so far with her studies at such a young age and Azaron wholeheartedly approves of everything sheâs doing AND her huge crush on a Tasend)
The least pleased would probably be Tienne (Ennkoh is WASTING her legacy by not using it to further herself and her own goals. It doesnât even matter that Ennkoh hates the church, itâs the fact that Ennkoh isnât USING the church to get her way/not using the genetics/influence Tienne passed on. Talk about a waste of Tienneâs hard work :( )
Dierum (Beforus) collects teeth and her matesprit will knock out his opponentâs teeth during matches for her. He probably hopes this deters her from picking fights for teeth. He would be incorrect.
Tienne (Beforus) wears contacts. Sheâs nearsighted and has a bad habit of losing/breaking her glasses.
Vyotia can eat regular food/drink but she only does in situations where it would be weird to not eat. She doesnât really eat otherwise, food just does not sound appealing to her any more.
If Tienne were in Ennkoh's position (dead acolytes/Artori injured/Asseer being Asseer/etc), what would she do? How would she feel towards the other clowns/the church?
Oh she would take advantage of ALL of that for her own needs. Sheâd turn everything into a Cause For The Church and would play the sympathy/fear card to get what she wanted.

Asseer, well... Heâs gonna have a bad time and sheâd probably try to embarrass him. Dierum Asilas gets her red/pale quadrant issues sorted and actually finds someone who can handle her ass. She moves around with them and Keihas and settles in the area that Vatrra will eventually be hatched in. Sheâs still known for her ferocious temper and her work, but sheâs much less prone to be a danger to herself/others. She leaves a record of her life
Keihas Hestur gets his red/pale issues sorted, and instead of enlisting in the local militia, he and Dierum leave and he doesnât get killed at a super young age. He settles down and becomes an actual military soldier before dying of old age. He leaves a record of his life.
Tienne Poulpe has most of her life be the same bc she did what she wanted....Fakes her own martyrdom and spends the rest of her life in âisolationâ. She actually just makes sure sheâs spoiled to all hell and back until sheâs dead..?
Azaron Taucer doesnât make a deal, and it takes her much longer to escape her shit situation, but she DOES and doesnât want revenge. She spends her time actually becoming The Botanist and is cool with it. She meets Aioane and they spend their lives together, avoiding their canon fate.
Was Tienne really devout or did she just like using her powers? Did she have any hobbies?
Itâs a little bit of both honestly.
She was devoted to the church, but she also REALLY liked her powers. She especially loved to use them on or around seadwellers, but she would find reasons that would make her look SO GOOD in the churchâs view.
She liked to make lace! Thatâs the only hobby I can think of that isnât clowny or influenced by her powers.
What would Tienne think of Ennkoh? In general and re: her heresy
In general Tienne would really like Ennkoh. Pretty pretty bendy ballerina with strong voodoos, howâs THAT for good genetics?! Sheâd think of Ennkoh as more of a prize or a toy than a troll though, since sheâs so  young.
She would pretend to be SUPER upset about her heresy, and would give her the guilt trip of I WASNâT MARTYRED SO YOU COULD GO RENOUNCE THE MESSIAHS, but she wouldnât really MAKE her do anything or hold any real ill-will against her. She figures she can use this to her advantage somehow, so itâs fine as long as it doesnât bite HER in the ass. Tienne is not as saintly as accounts of her life may have portrayed.
