Brief summary:

Vulture around his early 20’s fresh out of high school joined the military. Doing 2 tours in Iraq and a special Ops mission in Russia. During the mission he was the only one left being taken hostage. For a span of 16 months being tortured for absent information.

Eventually he was rescued by Price (in his earlier years). Later he was discharged for ptsd from those months. Vulture took 2 1/2 years back in the states recovering and seeking help.
