Normally I'm a big fan of Decut archery gear. It tends to be affordable and decent at its intended purpose. Such as the sights, recurve case, compound launcher/rest, recurve stand etc that I own, all perfectly fine.
However their Rocket release is a big fat DO NOT BUY. The D-loop damage shown above was from about 1 and half hours shooting today with a bow set to approximately 35lbs. Mechanically they work fine but the edge on the hook is sharp and rough in places rendering them not fit for purpose.
At least I have my recurve to shoot whilst I save up for a better quality release.
