Bluebird had made herself a safe haven in a new house. Or at least she thought she had. The little borrower had been in the middle of trying to get napkins for blankets when she heard voices. Bluebird dropped what she had and tried to hide. She pulled a napkin over herself as she didn’t know how else to hide where she was. And hoped she wouldn’t be seen.

Baydrake didn’t know who the little girl was, but he did not like how the giant... Alien was looking at her. The dragon had gently picked her up in one hand, then reared up on his back legs to give a great bellowing roar. His hand curled protectively around the child as he dropped back to three limbs, lips pulled back in a snarl. 

“I can fend for myself, but I was headed towards family holed up in Virginia city. I’m afraid, I ain’t familiar with these here parts. I may be an expert navigator at home, but I ---am-- certainly lost here. Is, is it a far ways off? This Virginia City?”

“Sadly, all the ingenuity in the world cannot make up for a total lack of foresight.” Elsa slowly massaged the bridge of her nose between her fingers as she tried not to stare at Jack Dawson too hard. It seemed that this man had an amazing talent for coming up with excellent, nay genius plans….and completely forget how to handle the many factors that might come along with his schemes. Now somehow she had gotten herself tangled up in his mess too!

“Forgive me, but I get the distinct feeling that I know you from somewhere.” Bonnie softly states, though she could not place exactly where she had seen him. Usually, she was the one on the receiving end of that comment.
