MOST PEOPLE value their house,car,bank accounts and what other people think of them more than they VALUE themselves.
MOST PEOPLE think that their most valuable assets are their house, their business or investments..
Try having shit emotions and a poor, irrational, erratic mindset and think about where you really live.

This isnât hard to do.
It just takes persistence, courage and a new paradigm in living life. Not the bullshit that is sold to the masses that people are trying to live out (which they will never be able to live out as itâs a fantasy). when you compare yourself to others and trying to live out (which they will never be able to live as itâs a fantasy). When you compare yourself to others and try to live up to the expectation of the others itâs becomes hard to see the delusion, especially when most others are living in the same delusion.
Set yourself free and get clear on
-Your unique life purpose,
-Your true values, (not social idealism like honour, respect, truth etc)
-Your life mission, and
-Learn to balance your emotions

In reality, you will ALWAYS worry about money.
Those with money know that the more you make, the responsibilities you have and things only become more challenging.
Here are a few differences I have noticed with those who are financially abundant versus those who struggle or live week to week:
Those who do what they love by living their values, life mission and life purpose love what they do, hence they donât try to avoid hard work. In fact they crave it. They love it.
The bigger the personâs goals, mission and purpose the more responsibilities they have which also keeps them trapped.
Only people who donât live in congruence with their own individual values want to escape challenge and crave freedom.
Most of those who donât live in congruence with their values believe that money will change their life and allow them to stop feeling trapped or stuck.
The feeling of freedom comes from living your own unique values.
Money is not good or evil. It is just a transfer of agreed value.
NOTE: Money does not solve problems. It is an amplifier.
If a person does not manage a little bit of money well, chances are they will not manage large sums of money well.
If a person is irresponsible with a little money, they will be irresponsible with large sums of money.
If a person spends what little money they have, chances are they will spend large sums of money and end up with nothing.
Money needs to be created, managed and distributed in order for a person to become financially independent. This starts by learning how to do it with small amounts first, which will increase over time.
If you plan to spend your life creating wealth, it is essential to love what you do or you will spend your time trying to escape by spending what you earn.

How to control your emotions
Managing your emotions is extremely much an issue of choice. does one want to, or not? such a lot has been written about emotions and the way to affect them effectively, yet many of us canât control this area of life. Why? Managing emotions effectively is really like developing a skill or a habit. it's how of doing something better, and as humans, we struggle with change the foremost.
Changing the way you always do something isn't easy and it's even harder when it involves emotions. once we are feeling âemotional,â the last item we would like to try to settles down and check out to affect things pro-actively; we most frequently want to rant about what's upsetting us.
If we understand a touch more about how our emotions work, we are during a far better position to use this information to our advantage. Learning the way to control your emotions are often one among the simplest skills you'll ever develop in your life. Your emotions cause the actions you're taking and thus, create the life you're experiencing now, every a part of it.
Our emotional a part of the brain, the visceral brain, is one among the oldest parts in comparison, for instance, to our prefrontal cortex, which is our âthinkingâ part. Because our emotional part is so old, and thus a particularly strong a part of the brain, it's understandable that it seems like our emotions run us and hijack our thinking sometimes . the typical personâs emotional a part of the brain is over six billion times more active than the prefrontal cortex.

Stress and anxiety come from suppressed emotions, so if you think that that handling your emotions by ignoring them goes to figure, you're sorely wrong.
Here are 4 simple steps to start out controlling your emotions effectively.
1. the primary Step Is Awareness
If you're not conscious of the days once you are overly emotional or overreacting, how are you able to attempt to manage it? it's impossible. Start to watch your emotions and provides names to them. Sometimes we discover it difficult to spot what we are feeling. Giving it a reputation helps us gain clarity, which is important in moving forward.
2. Discover the âWhyâ of Your Emotions
