Hii Can I get a headcanon where Thresh has feelings for a soul! Reader who recently died and is confused and scared
This was really interesting to think about, after starting to write about it the thought just got better.
(Well I actually wanted to post this tomorrow evening but miss clicked so have fun y'all.)

Headcanon
Thresh collected your soul because you tried to fight against him with others.
On the Shadow Isle you where able to gain a human close ghost form.
Thresh tried to ignore you, you didn't speak to him but always looked over his shoulder.
Thresh started to feel your presence and you started to talk to him.
"Why do you collect their souls?" you often ask but Thresh doesn't answer the question.
After a bit you too started talking about the most irrelevant stuff.
Thresh felt never that alive but he felt weird at the same time.
You tried to smile again and where able to be in human form a lot.
Soon you noticed you can go away from Thresh, after Thresh found out he wanted to collect your soul again or something.
Thresh felt helpless and something else he wasn't able to tell, he don't want you to go.
Chased by Thresh u did run, but at the end of Shadow Isle a border stoped you, not able to go further Thresh catched up.
"Thresh I don't want to go just don't make me go away for ever?" Thresh seemed surprised "For ever?" he didn't move.
You just watched at each other.
