Ingredients: 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 jalapeno pepper, diced seeds removed for less heat. 1/4 cup diced green onions. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or bread slices.
