t i m e • o u t It's important to take a time out for yourself once in a while. To just breathe...or just be. Sounds simple. I've been wanting to take this walk for a while now, but aside from the limited time I have when I finally get a break, I never feel like I can really get away. So, I don't. On the flip side though, it's all the more reason I should. I literally have 30min from start to finish...and I didn't bring lunch today, so I was left with only about 10min to actually go. I decided though, today's the day. And, even though it was only a few minutes, it was perfect and just what I needed.
