Cass was doing everything he could to stop himself from falling into old cycles. The kind where he was all-fun-all-the-time, making crazy impulsive decisions, doing a million things at once, and then suddenly falling off the face of the earth and not finishing any of the million things he'd started. But it wasn't easy. Already, there were unfinished projects in his wake, and here he was trying to keep moving, in the hopes that nobody would notice.
At least he was still going, head up, fairly lucid for the time being. "I just haven't settled on a color scheme for the wedding," he said, frowning and pushing one of the old wedding magazines he'd managed to find towards Luxanna. "It could be because half of this shit is from the late nineties, but also I think it's because we haven't picked a date, you know? How do I settle on a color scheme when I don't even know what season we're getting married in?"
