Gemma had been here a few times, waiting outside thinking she could get the tiny Vitelli boy to open up. She knew something had happened between him and Edward, but of course, Gemma didn't know everything. Probably for the best, she would've kissed Edward for his smart thinking, and that would've been terrbile.

She also didn't plan to tell the Vitelli boy who she was connected to. He didn't need to know, nor did he need to know that she knew who he was.

"Dear lord, what happened to your face?" Gemma said, thinking her gasp was envidently believable. She should've been an actor.

Sunny had no reason to be here, absolutely none. But that didn't mean he hadn't entered the building under false pretense. Things with the Vitellis felt... questionable. But he was too naive to really care much, or to worry much about the consequences. He felt like he was, in a way, part of the family, if the place could be considered such. If the business could be considered much.

He just walked in and tried to seek out one of the people who usually gave him jobs to do, since he couldn't find either of them at their usual places, when he passed by a room with its door slightly ajar.

His curiosity got the best of him and he peeked in.

Realistically, he knew who it was, but there was something different about Spencer Vitelli that he couldn't really place. He did know something had happened, and he pushed the door slightly open to lean against the door frame. "Sorry, I hope this isn't too forward of me, but... can I get you anything?"

Yes, he'd noticed the scar. Yes, Sunny thought it was incredibly hot.

Bonifer walked a good chunck of the city on a good day now. They pretended it was for silly reasons, they even had a little recordign device with them, but truly it was to patrol the area. To have a good sense of the places someone could hide, to get an idea where they might find criminals and vampires. He was starting to get a better sense of Las Vegas than he ever had. He'd been born here, or near enough to the city itself anyway, but it hadn't been until his early twenties that he'd returend. And now... the city of his youth probably hadn't changed much. But he had.

He was looking for other things now. He was more aware of other things.

He was no longer the kid who'd loved to stare at the lights, the wild animals, and the big water fountains.

Except now he was, staring at a water fountain mid-show. Though he didn't look impressed, more contemplative.
