Life felt like it had settled down a bit, at least for him. Oddly, it only served to make him feel more restless. The memory of the Halloween dream had lingered, in more ways than one, but one of the things he wanted more of was his time with Lian. They were a remarkable witch that he wanted to continue learning from.
Her presence was a special kind of calming. If there was anyone out there who could understand how he was feeling or what he was going through, it would be her. Rei brought the book she had gifted him, hoping they could possibly go over some of the things with him. He was equally as happy to just spend time with her.
