Monday mornings. They were dreaded by most, but for Serena, she found them rather nice. She didn’t have regular weekends like everyone else, which meant this particular day was her Saturday and she couldn’t be more thrilled. It felt like forever since she had actually had time to breathe, and she was looking forward to the day ahead, especially when she knew she had no work to do whatsoever. It was simply a day for relaxation. That was something she really needed.
Stepping inside her usual café, the blonde headed towards the counter, surprised that there weren’t as many patrons at this time in the morning, but it was appreciated, she absolutely hated fighting the crowds on people, especially in a coffee shop. People who haven’t had the fix of caffeine could be brutal.
Once she’d reached the front of the line, out of the corner of her eye she noticed a wallet sitting on the bench. She quickly picked it up, trying to grab the attention of the person ahead of her. “Excuse me? Is this yours?” — @cwindsr.
