I often think if it came down to a psychopath vs Psychopath who would win and would conditions would have to be met in order for one to have an unfair advantage over the competition and more generally but in regards to psychopathy, specifically factor one Psychopathy I think it fundamentally comes down to the degree of socialisation and ability to think ahead as both are not created or developed equally. You need to delay short term gratification for the larger goal which many simply are not capable of therefore are able to be ensnared by deliberate traps that will not be caught in time. Then comes the question of intelligence while that has some part to play regarding planning, the complexity of the plan as well as the the opposition's intellect also matter. It is a well known fact that you cannot argue, debate or converse with someone between 20-40 basis points lower than yourself, the same is true when it comes to manipulation as the lesser intelligent person will not even be able to conceptualise the concepts or strategies put forth and because of that innate, fundimental limitation they will have no way to defend or counter let alone understand what is happening, but for the more intelligent person it will be blatantly obvious what the other person is trying and could flip the script on it.
The odds of something like this ever taking place online is bar none, however in real life where anything can happen and where you meet all kinds of people in all kinds of environments, particularly professional one's... It is worth thinking about, at least in my opinion anyway.
I have deliberately left out any physical attributes and criteria because that would require immediate action that's closer in association to sociopathy and not the type of people I'm imaging and considering this is thought exploration, who cares?
Whilst i can include the aforementioned you would also have to take into account other things such as available assets, resourcefulness and overall tenacity as well as ego because broadly speaking if you're expanding it beyond the social setting you have to account for even more things which I'm not willing to do in this post, because for anyone reading that means making assertions and assumptions through the use creating fictional representive characters to base it off of and would for all intensive purposes act closer to a reference as well as removing the open ended nature narrowing possibilities and limiting theoretical exploration.
