Salamon reminded me more of a dog than a cat. Digimon was the most confusing thing from my childhood. Learning all 151 Pokemon was easy but learning about all 239874893223 Digimon was impossible.
Salamon definitely looks more dog than cat but I've always assumed it was supposed to be a cat
I dedicated like the entirety of 2005 to better understanding Digimon and I'm sure I only really know like 35% of what there is to know
