I’d show rad giant scar pix but then I’d be sending you photos of my butt. It was a deep enough wound that my dad was like ‘If it wasn’t late and we weren’t driving to Lake Tahoe tomorrow, I’d take you to get stitches,’ haha, and the scar tissue is the kind that goes darker, not lighter.
Didn’t actually hurt that much, though! But that might be my pain tolerance speaking. I had a fine time skiing that week, and the only reason I didn’t let my cousin convince me to keep trying to climb into the building was still just because I was afraid of getting caught.

Idk, I love mine and my tongue/mouth isn’t the most pretty. I find it makes me wanna have a pretty nought (brush my teeth more for whiter teeth and all)
I think the main issue for me was that my tongue has super deep and numerous crevices in it! Like, if I tuck the tip behind my teeth and bite down a bit so that it folds in half, it looks like I’ve ripped my tongue open in like ten places. So less this and more this (warning for tongue squick maybe - mine's not nearly this bad anymore but it used to be).
Which totally distracts from any cool piercing, haha. Regardless, though, I’ve kinda lost the urge to put more holes in my body at this point, so all I’ve got is four ear piercings.
