And the fact that they weren't dating but still love each and them not being 'together' but 'apart' cause they weren't dating. The distance between them in the initial pining stage could have been 'far'.)

Idk if anyone gets it but like, it's a pretty perfect song for them except it shouldn't be 'my girl' but 'my boy' or smth. Like even, 'You will be my world, my world, my world'!!
