Well, it's the day after what has always been my favorite day of the year, and I am still not sure what I am feeling. I am sorry that I was not able to spread the holiday cheer around like I do every year, I tried my best, but I just didn't have it in me this Christmas. I am not sad, nor am I happy. I just am. The Christmas Spirit and the Holiday Cheer that had been building up seeped out of me the moment I realized that I had missed my flight home to Canada; when I realized that I would not be able to get another flight until Christmas Eve, needless to say, I wasn't going anywhere this year. And just like that, the holiday that I was soo looking forward to spending with my family is over. All I can do now is allow these last few days of 2022 to play out and try my best to end the year on a high note,  and hopefully, I will greet the year 2023 with a bit of hype, and who knows?
