i dont feel like writing a whole thing out for simping todoroki bc ive actually come to hate that writing style... but uh, here.

Thinking about simp Todoroki who doesn't do ANYTHING without you, him being the guy who can't go out without texting you first, all his friends familiar with his game of "let me ask y/n first... actually, can they come, too?"

HE'S SO ANNOYING, like he could just be going grocery shopping or to an agency dinner or something, and he's asking if you wanna come... and if don't have anything to wear? He'll pick you up something on the way... don't feel like dropping big bucks? HE'S PAYING...

Simp Todoroki who will also drop everything just to take care of you, too; all hands on your forehead when you're sweaty, to making special trips just to buy your favorite drink when you mention you'e thirsty (always gets you the biggest size)... to calling your boss and asking for time off FOR YOU (to which he doesn't take no for an answer), it's really no problem to him because honestly? You deserve it.

Also, simp Todoroki who is constantly buying you things he thinks you'd like... from candies ("I was at the store anyway,") to trinkets ("I know you love this animal!") to basically... anything ("you said you needed new Nikes... and I didn't know which ones to pick").

AND probably firmly believes (and we already know why this is), that men are supposed to take care of their spouses, that marriage is sacred and precious... so simp Todoroki would never leave you out to dry if there was ever something you wanted, OR let you lift a finger.

He carries the groceries inside, he puts the dishes away, HE RUBS YOUR FEET EVERY SINGLE NIGHT AS YOU WATCH TV???

Probably looks forward to your TV + cuddle time every single night, too... you spend extra time doing a face mask after your shower only to find him waiting in bed with the remote already in his hands, even letting you choose the show and everything all because the only thing he cares about is chilling with you in bed.

Also thinking about how he'd never want to fight with you, either... he's still bad at picking up signals, duh... but simp Todoroki who, when he thinks you're upset with or finds out that you are, is 100% analyzing his own behavior and figuring out a solution...

Mmm I definitely feel like... Shoto is simultaneously the dude who doesn't care about having a fancy wedding AND the guy who ends up having multiple ceremonies... probably just to please both his family AND you in regard to whatever styles are desired (not that you really mind).

Like you mention him, idk... wanting a traditional ceremony but also taking you dress shopping... so I'm just thinking about Sho letting his dad go crazy planning a traditional wedding for you both, and then letting you plan another one for yourself after that's all said and done.

It's not really that he doesn't want a wedding, nor that he doesn't have preferences about the style... just that his focus is specifically on doing whatever makes you happy and stopping others (his dad) from being fussy. I also see it being that because he's content to even be marrying you AT ALL, it's like... paying for two weddings is the least of his concerns LOL.

Plus, I can't help but think... even if he did want a traditional wedding (which he honestly, secretly might)... he also doesn't want to miss out on things like dress shopping or cake tasting that come with the western style, too... so having two parties, one for family, one for everyone else allows both things happen without worry. Idk!

And since you mention it... I feel like Sho would be terrible at proposing, too... like yeah, he could do it at some fancy dinner, but I really see it being one of those things he brings up when you're having a late night chat in bed.

Like he's so weird about stuff, not to mentioned determined... that I just think he'd randomly ask you to marry him the moment he thought you guys were ready. Because he wants to. And he doesn't feel like waiting🥺
