I know I look like a mountain but inside I am fragile. Like planks and old bird bones and you're scared to face the fact, that I might be on the wrong track but you've got to make a few mistakes before you are home.

Heterodoxy.
Hey I want everyone that follows me to go check out this amazing new band. They won our school talent show today and they are fantastic and deserve to have their music know. Just Listen or download or tell someone about them. They should get the recognition they deserve. http://heterodoxy.bandcamp.com/
How odd, the way I found out about Roxy Music/Bryan Ferry is incredibly similar to yours! I decided to watch "Flashbacks of a Fool" (Daniel Craig- I'd highly recommend it) on the BBC at some stupidly late time and there was the most fantastic scene when they're dancing to "If There Is Something". To use a brutal cliché, my whole world was turned upside down and my music taste has never been the same. What is your favourite Roxy Music/Bryan Ferry song?
I haven't gotten a chance to see Flashbacks of a Fool yet, but I've watched that particular scene on Youtube. I agree that it's a fantastic scene, and I particularly appreciate that his outfit almost exactly mimics this one that Bryan Ferry wore. My favorite Roxy Music song is still "Virginia Plain," and my favorite from Bryan Ferry's solo work is probably "Let's Stick Together."
In your opinion, which was the best glam rock star of the 1970's?
My personal favorite is Bryan Ferry (from the 1970's or any other decade after it). Nearly two years ago I accidentally saw the movie Velvet Goldmine on TV, which features "Virginia Plain" in one of its scenes. That song completely changed the way I though about music, and led me to become the massive glam rock fan that I am today. Everything about Bryan, from his music to his performances to his impeccable sense of style, has captivated me ever since. I guess it would be accurate to say that he occupies a special place in my heart that not even Bowie, Bolan, or the rest of them can touch.
