We’ve really been spoiled this week sleeping in so it was almost murder in the 1st get up and be out the door by 7am this morning.

7:22am and we are pulling out of the driveway headed to Bryant Arkansas to visit mommy in law and childhood friends of my hubby’s. It was def a messy ride…drizzle, fog, rain… And sprinkle in ppl driving crazy.

We made great time, met MIL for lunch and went immediately to Bass Pro Shop for our outdoor fix. We left with a deer pillow pet….smh

Through the power of Facebook my husband arranged to meet with a childhood friend and his family. Tbh the first thought that went through my mind was oh my gosh, this is going to be uncomfortable…they will be talking about the old days and ppl I do not know anything about. I had an absolute blast listening to them and they were so sweet and keep the conversation engaging with me as well. GREAT people!

We are now back at the hotel. Kids are asking why we can’t live in a hotel for the rest of our lives. Cam could I believe. Snack machine outside the door, pool, TV right at the bed, small fridge next to the bed ….she is in heaven. Obviously we don’t get out much.
