We went to Counce, Tn today to visit the Nina and the Pinta. Pictures do no justice of the size and beauty of these ships. The story of the replicas is amazing and the tour. Some of the crew stays on the ships and tells stories and history of the replicas and original ships. I feel like 95% of their stories are exaggerated though. Although I did ask one crew member who funded the project and when he said Captain Morgan I got tickled and immediate thought what a lie. I googled it, Captain Morgan Sanger did fund the project. Sorry crew man.

Holiday Worlds fireworks display was pretty awesome! Roy G Biv and Co entertained us while we waited for them to start and man are they good. Rachel said she needed them to just follow her around all the time...like 4 hype men lol 😂

I didn’t take too many pictures but we had a great time at Holiday World. It was super hot so we left mid day and went back around 5 to stay late until the fireworks were displayed.

There’s a first time for everything. Our first trip to Indiana started today. The little one said she wanted to go to Disney so instead we are going to Holiday World. Smaller and cheaper scale. The last time we tried an amusement park there was a breakdown. A bad one...I asked the big guy for patience this morning.

Home sweet home for the night. Sleeping in a wigwam. It’s not the Hampton but we won’t forget it!

We went on a mini Australian walkabout at Kentucky Down Under. The kangaroos were so sweet and to see the mommas carrying the babies in their pouches was so cool.

We had a great time at Kentucky Down Under today! The birds were quick to eat but wouldn’t dare let you touch them

We drove to #reelfootlake to see the ice formations...and eat! It was so pretty and oh so cold. We started homeschooling. Nature Study is a big part of it. Its amazing how much more I appreciate nature and God’s handiwork.

Unnecessary shenanigans at BPS aquarium. We had a great time.

Of course we stopped at Bass Pro Shop! Their new aquarium was so worth the trip! I think it took us 3 hours to walk through it and that was with a crowd sorta pushing along. We can’t wait to go back and see the wildlife exhibit and eat another buffalo burger

I highly highly recommend #fantasticcaverns in Springfield, Mo. we had such a great time. There are only 4 caverns in the world you can ride through and this is the only one in North America.
