1. Bridge the gap between a starfleet crew + a maquis crew and turn them into one functioning unit.

2. Face off against the borg, newly discovered attackers + robbers they knew nothing about, anomalies that didn’t exist in the alpha quadrant

3. Be everyone’s captain/boss while also acting as their mom, basically, offering emotional support

4. Help some members of the crew learn individuality and become their own people from very unordinary backgrounds (holograms, former borg)

5. Maintain the prime directive even when it wouldve benefitted them to break it

6. Get through voids where literally no life existed, areas where they were constantly attacked, and places where everyone was in survival mode

7. Keep everyone safe and healthy with no counselors and only one holographic doctor

Last year, when I had to decide where to play, I was so secure in my decision to go to Sweden. And now, faced with an even better set of opportunities, I am of many minds. My enthusiasm for the sport, the enhancement of my game, my current life is in Sweden. I have much unfinished businesses to attend in the form of both team and personal goals.
