a part of josephine --- perhaps the logical part that she rarely listened to --- didn’t want to go to lido’s house. she didn’t want to see the male that was the current cause of any and all emotional pain she was feeling. but another part of her was dying to see him, even if it meant it’d be the last time. she wasn’t certain what was going to come out of their meeting, figuring that he wouldn’t have anything NICE to say, even when she was standing ten feet in front of him. but, after everything they’d been through, she wanted to make things right. she knew that she’d rather have lido in her life as a friend than not at all, she just didn’t know if that was an actual possibility. her breathing was deep and uneven when she finally arrived at his place, heart beating a million miles per minute, but in true josephine prela fashion, she found a way to calm her nerves enough to knock on the door. if she had to get through this night by putting up a front, she was more than prepared to do so. she wasn’t even certain he’d answer, figuring there was a possibility that he’d convinced her to go all this way, only to leave her hanging. // @lidcs
