I feel like I'm the only person who doesn't like smoking. I hate walking around in Colorado because people act like just because marijuana is legal here means they have to be obsessed with it. You don't have to walk around smoking and vaping 24/7. You can avoid BLOWING SMOKE IN MY FACE by refraining from smoking in public/crowded areas. Don't assume that everyone in Colorado smokes when you come from different states. It's not the only subject we can have a conversation about. Telling me I look like a smoker is not a compliment. I don't find it cute or edgy. Like, I don't understand it at all. I hate weed culture. I'm annoyed by the lack of consideration people have for non smokers. I cannot breathe when I'm around people who smoke. And I find it stupid that every "alternative" person who wants to look like a rebel smokes. Smoking is literally the opposite of rebellion, and people start smoking literally because someone else was doing it and you thought it looked cool. I have no problem with it being used medically, but 98% of the people I know are recreational marijuana users. I'm just frustrated, I'm sick of rent prices going sky high because everyone from California, Texas, New Mexico, and EVERYWHERE else is coming here for marijuana. I'm sick of seeing homeless people holding signs about wanting marijuana?! I'm sick of everyone coming here for marijuana and causing accidents because they can't drive in snow. Like, please stop.
