"Where the bloody hell is it?" Lauren grumbled under her breath, throwing random clothes across the room in a catastrophic manner. All morning, she was spent trying to find the most important thing in her possession: her engagement ring. At some point last night, she set her ring in her pocket when she was doing dishes. However, in the chaos that her night was since there was laundry to be done, dinner to be made, and family to call, she never put it back on. So waking up this morning, after Andy had left for a couple of errands to run, she noticed the gem lost from her finger. There was no delayed reaction, it was automatic panic for the brunette. She tore through the house, scrambling at high speeds trying to figure out where she last had it.

Soon, she felt her heart sank in her chest, thinking that there was no other place to look. There she would be, so irresponsible that she couldn't even keep a little ring on her finger before losing it. It was at that point she felt the tears well up in the pits of her eyes. Andy was gonna kill her. She scanned her clothes one last time, but her speed was now drawn out until..."You bastard!" Lauren sighed in relief, noticing the ring laying on the ground next to her jeans. She quickly set the ring back on his finger and wiped away the tears from her eyes. It was at that time, sitting on the floor with clothes everywhere, that Andy walked in. She looked up, startled that he was home so early and a blush crept upon her already red cheeks. "Oh....uh...hey there."
