Recuerdo que hace algunos años leí una entrevista de zerocalcare en el que se le preguntaba el porqué creía que sus cómics eran tan populares en España. Él simplemente contexto que veía lógico que sus historias pudiesen conectar más con el público español que, por ejemplo, con el Alemán.
Pero pensándolo bien creo que en parte también se debe a que la mayoría de sus historias están habientadas en Roma y a que estas poseen un tono muy capitalino, por lo que es natural que puedan conectar más con madrileño o barcelonés que con un berlines.
