I've wanted to read “Scheletri” by zerocalcare for a long while now and I think that it's one of my favorite works so far! I bought this in Salerno (italian city nearby Naples basically) and I was so LUCKY to find it at 7€ and it also touches a very personal topic + teenage zero 🥺 so curious about Arloc though, Zero describes him as "ragazzino" (basically a young teen) and he doesn't look like an adult at all so I hope that I'm wrong and that the Arloc x Paturnia artworks ive been liking aren't pedophilia bc I genuinely didn't know that 😭 pls no spoilers about the book btw!

Sara, Secco and his classmates get also grown-ups, slightly, in the hell society for any of them that existing everywhere, and his story is at Roma. He describes all the scratches of his mind, sketches struggling on life, and his friends included. They also stray and are stuck on each life stages. I had an older friend who is from Toscani, is a nerd and loved the animations and comics. He said it was not something they can say it loudly out to the world about his hobby. I believe the things are bit change since then, even in that conservative society, Zerocalcare is now successful, compare to his friends. But in his inside, himself, he still talks to the armadillo, and he finds his world brought by his friends. I already knew his series for long, but I simply got to know the third series already out (and it is a trilogy) by a chance, so I stopped all other boring watch, I switched on. I love it. Do we let the world bring us the hope? Do we get if we take an effort seriously? Who is going to be the top of this triangle of the food chain? Clearly we are not. Everybody who love this show is not. That's why we love his show.
