#this flower

the voice inside me is always whispering.

uncertainties, truths, thoughts, lies,

they all mingle together to form the cloud covering my eyes.

but under the cloud, a beautiful flowers grows.

petals unfurling and stem twisting upwards in spite ot the storm.

this flower, i call it love.

so delicate, precious and sweet.

no matter how small the flower seems,

in the shadows of the thundering clouds,

it never once has wilted.

you planted this flower in me.

this love, it blooms for you,

and i never want to lose it.

sometimes i wonder if the price of living in this world,

will cost more than i can give.

i’m scared that i will have to give this flower up,

i don’t want to watch it crumple under such a weight.

if i had to change this part of me to live,

then what kind of existence would that be?
