I love how Brian did not "punish" Justin after the reunion. He could have let him get his hopes up then actually retract to hurt him or something but no poor Brian he genuinely missed him and was so impatient! I love when they kiss again properly in his office hehe

YES, this is one of my favourite things about their breakup, Brian never punished Justin whilst they were apart or when they reunited. He actually did the opposite, he went out of his way to help him with money by hiring him for the posters. He made him take the computer he bought him, and continued to pay his school tuition, and even tried to be civil with Ethan by inviting both of them to the carnivale.
It just shows how much he loved him, that even though Brian was heartbroken Justin left he didn't throw it in his face. When they reunite he puts it in the past and doesn't mention it all even when they argue later on in the seasons.
The reunion is perfect, even then all Brian says is that he never wants to hear violin music again which says it all, I can never listen to Lovers Spit the same 😭
