Thirst Project is a nonprofit with a dual mission: end the global water crisis and empower our youth. These two goals go hand in hand as we empower youth to be the change makers ending the water crisis. Our current goal is to provide the ENTIRE nation of Swaziland with safe, clean water by the year 2022.
663,000 people on our planet lack access to safe drinking water. This prevents thousands of men and women from taking care of their children, getting jobs, and having protection from waterborne diseases like cholera, schistosomiasis, and guinea worms.
A road warrior is a lucky individual who gets to travel the states and speak directly to middle school, high school, and college students about the water crisis. We work with the students and activate them to plan fundraisers and raise awareness around the water crisis.
