dish of the day: pate and seed breadÂ
big mug of dandelion tea with a dash of lemon juice
1 shot of spirulina and chlorella
1 shot of MSM crystals
breakfast
mango and bran- naturally grown mango, bran, maca powder, lucuma powder, linseeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (soaked over night)
lunch
super amazing salad- rocket, watercress, spinach, mushrooms, chillies, tomatoes, dill, aduki bean sprouts, mung bean sprouts, spring onions, shelled hemp with italian herbs, olive oil, pink himalayan salt.
snack
1 shot of barley grass powder
soaked walnuts
pre dinner snack
1 green coconut
dinner
pate and seed bread- pumpkin, cauliflower, fresh basil, pink himalayan salt, chilli flakes, cold pressed olive oil, 2-3 spoonfuls of bran, 1 spoonful of ground linseed, few spoonfuls of lemon zest (to taste).
put everything in a processor and blend until smooth. DELICIOUS!
serve with seed bread!!
