This one sounds like it's quite pointless - what's the point in stealing Void? But I actually really like this Title, and also it's the Title I consider to be one of my OCs which encouraged me to do it.
The Thief of Void, should she learn something she doesn't want to know or see something she would rather not see, can steal the lack of knowledge from others. The Thief can essentially wipe her own mind, just so long as there's somebody in her vicinity who doesn't know what she does. This is largely selfish, as what she knows could actually benefit the group, and she may have to implant the unpleasant knowledge into the mind of the person she's stealing from.Ā
Alternatively, she could just steal nothing. She may never realise her potential as a Thief or may be too positively aligned to be able to steal knowingly from people she knows/likes. This could help or hinder the group, depending on whether what she could have stolen could have helped or not.Ā
The Thief could steal through lack of knowledge. This may include deliberately not telling somebody something, then using this to her advantage to take something from them. Example: The Thief doesn't tell the Heir that his artefact is very valuable, and instead implies that it is worthless. Using this, she takes it from him and he doesn't miss it, so doesn't try too hard to get it back when he could have done if he knew what it was worth. Bad example, I know, but I'm tired.
If there was a void or lack of matter, say caused by another Void or Space Player, the Thief would be able to steal the Ā void and use it herself. For example, voids can protect you from heat/sound as these things require molecules to travel. If somebody was using it as a shield, the Thief could steal it and shield herself with it. So whilst she cannot create void, she can take it.
The Thief doesn't need to use anything to help her steal things. She can do it just fine without classic tools, etc, thank you very much. A Thief of Void can become a very efficient Thief who needn't rely on things or people to help her thieve.Ā
Thieves have the capacity to be extremely selfish; more so, I think, than some other Thieves. Almost none of these powers would be able to benefit other people or her team. She can be quite powerful if she realises her full potential.
Good players: Prince of Life, Sylph of Void
Bad players: Knight of Void, Prince of Space, Mage of Space
