This is to the people out there that do not believe men have insecurities, well this one does, and sitting here telling you i am still fighting them every day, but i know i am who God made me and i have begun to understand myself a whole lot more and with learning about myself i have gained a new confidence within myself dealing with weight issues, skin changes, and just everyday life, it happens and those who tell you it doesn't they a LIE!.. today we are picking the best filter to hide behind, and i am giving you me right now in black and white as pure as i can be nowhere near perfect but real. Today i am eating better, taking time for myself because that is important!  I feel like i rambled but i am just speaking from my heart and hoping someone out there feels encouraged and inspired to just be you, and never change because someone doesn't approve. I am a pretty damn good person and anyone who knows me can testify and to know me is to love me and you should message me and find out! Stay blessed and love yourself!
