"High Top" Sequence: Its like table, but standing on your feet (get it ๐) you can play around with alot of the same variations we from table: alternating arm/leg reach, moving the leg in and out, cross the knee ...then on to variations of HALF MOON ๐ and revolved half moon. I feel much more balanced when my hand is on a block and the spine is parallel to the floor in HALF MOON.
