Wolfstar getting into a fight and Sirius storming off. He locks himself in a room and crouches down feeling the urge to rip his hair out because of what he said. He constantly carries this guilt with him and hates how his childhood created this fight or flight response during arguments. His first instinct being not to resolve them but to protect himself from harm because his body can’t tell the difference between a disagreement and a threat.
