She did not know why she was fidgety that day, but as night rolled in she still felt her hands tremble, and told herself that she was never like this before. Madeleine was worried that she had some kind of disease, and she told herself that if she was experiencing this for a week she would go to her doctor.
She looked up as she heard the bell chime that signalled someone coming in, and as soon as her eyes went to the little girl that came in, she lost her grip on the doll she was holding, and it fell to the floor with a crash, splitting it into pieces. The girl was so familiar, and she knew that this was the girl in her dreams.
"Sorry," she breathed, and picked up the pieces. "Welcome to Madeleine's doll shop, can I help you, cherie?"
