For Christmas my husband told me to go spend $100 at my favorite local bookstore, @schulerbooks_chapbookcafe. Thanks to the used book section, I still have a little left over to make a special order. (All of these are used except for the two poetry books at the bottom.) I deliberately left my phone at home so I couldn’t look up reviews and ratings and would have to pick out books the old school way. Five of these were random finds I had never heard of before, two are books I read from the library and loved, one is a book I read an excerpt from in my college Gendering class but never read the entire book, and two are books that had been on my wishlist for a long time.
