So yeah...THAT happened. 😕 The rough news: 3 weeks in the boot. Perineal tendinitis. Physical therapy for a few weeks after as long as no pain. I'm looking at many weeks before I can #run again. The bright side: I can still spin in the saddle and swim. I can still yoga and #Max30 modified. It's not a stress fracture. Doing this now means less chance of surgery which means better chance that my dream of the #bostonmarathon someday can stay alive! #seekatindasboot #injuredrunnerproblems #thetimingdoessuck
