The Sims Live Broadcast 7/23/13
So today at 10am PST @SimGuruRyan started off another Sims 3 live broadcast!
@SimGuruBritt and @SimGuruLauren are up next with The Sims 3 Into The Future Expansion Pack!

The Sims 3 Into The Future Expansion Pack! Available to purchase October 22nd, 2013!!! If you pre order it on Origin you will receive the Quantum Power Pack!
So when you start out you will be greeted by a time traveler named Emmitt (Emmitt Brown perhaps?) who will graciously allow you to use his Time Portal. Stepping through that time portal will take you into the future to the world of Arcadia Landing. There you can rest at the base camp (like world adventures) or go and check everything out!
This unfortunately is where the MEGA GLITCHES in the broadcast began (a SimGuru even dropped an f-bomb when she thought no one was listening) so they went onto the next thing.
So they went onto the walkthrough of The Business as Usual Bistro with @SimGuruSmitty! This of course is not new, it was released this last Thursday (check out my review here-->http://youtu.be/OLrD0a-fbmg)
UP NEXT: The Sims 3 Movie Stuff Pack!
There are 3 movie genres: western, comic book block busters, and spooky horror. There will be three trailers for The Movie Stuff Pack that will be released; the first was shown to us today (check that out here-->http://youtu.be/iaBDnSFo36k)
This SP will come out September 10th, 2013 (on a personal note I will be on vacation at that time and it's killing me that I won't get to review it till the 16th!). Get The "Directors Set" (behind the camera stuff) available only when you pre-order from origin.
Also, there is some sort of voting for your favorite Sim (no real information was given)...
...but go ahead and check that out and/or vote for your favorite sim tomorrow, Wed. July 24th, 2013!
Up next was @SimGuruGraham who was announced as part of The Sims 4 developer team!! (our beloved @Quxxn_ would have been ecstatic about this--and everything else for that matter)!
August 20th 7am PST, there will be an EA press conference on The Sims 4! That is mega early but I know I will not miss it! Also, August 22nd (8am PST) there will be a live broadcast of the first seen gameplay of TS4!!! OMG! HOW EXCITNIG IS THAT!?
Back to the "Into The Future" (they firstly apologized for the "troubles" which I think may really mean "sorry for the f-bomb guys"...LOL!)
Q&A on ITF--cars don't fly, they just hover. There are hover scooters, boards, etc. The boards can go off road! Even better than that, jet packs can take you everywhere through the sky!!! There are even romantic possibilities while your flying through the air with a loved one!
There is a new life state: plumbots! They are fully fledged members of your family (kind of like the simbots or servos from the past). You can customize every little bit of them though from voice, two legs of hover, personality, etc.
How do you get to and from the future? The mysterious sim Emmitt the time traveler (back to the future reference?) lands on your lot and allows you to use his time travel portal. He will help you with your travels and even lends you his time almanac (SO BACK TO THE FUTURE)!
You can take plumbots and hover boards into the present from the future!
There are out of date people in arcadia (they live in the mountains)
Laser rhythmacon is the instrument of the future! You play beams of light! This is a new skill building instrument where the more you play with it the better you get. (Check out all the clothing on these sims!!)
Everything is different in the future: there is a food synthesizer, the tvs and computers are like projected images, bookcases, etc.!
There are new careers with this EP:
Self employed bot dealer (bot building skill with this where you can upgrade bots)
and something to do with the new "Bot Arena" (bot trainer?)
You take other members of your family into the future ("as many sims as you want"). For that matter, your sim may already have family in the future that you can meet and stay with!!! When you make changes in the present (to your family and what not) that can change your family in the future!!!! SO AWESOME!
Because of all of the glitches that this expansion pack demo had they will be rescheduling "Into The Future" sometime in the near future!
