Ismal was interested to see the interlude among people’s rush in buying imported secondhand clothing in Pasar Senen. Almost all of the secondhand clothing was used to be someone else’s. They used to be part of someone’s body and someone’s life. They have their own stories and memories. Even there are some pieces of their former owner identity and belongings left in them. In this project, Ismal tries to examine the mobility of the clothing related to the memory by injecting story about Japan Prime Minister’s Coat in Senen. He hopes the story will evoke new narration and fishing more memory. The narrative then will I send back to Japan through the Prime Minister, because Japan is an importer of used clothing in Pasar Senen.
