THE SHELL PROJECT BY DVRTHMOL
I often get comments and messages from simmers who feel frustrated and discouraged when building as they lack the time, patience or sometimes skills to create coherent floor plans and shells. I also hear complaints about the time spent deleting items and stripping a house down to the bare minimum just so it can be customized to the simmers liking.
The Shell Project introduces a new fully customizable shell weekly. Styles will vary from week to week but all shells will be base game only! With this project I hope to help simmers skip the stress and frustration and go directly to the fun part: decorating and furnishing a build to match the needs and styles of their sims!
Visit my gallery page (dvrthmol) and simply download the shell of your choice and get to decorating! All shells that are a part of the shell project are clearly indicated and include the hashtag #TheShellProjectByDvrthmol .
The shells will have a floor plan, roof and doors in the interior so you have an idea as to how the suggested floor plan flows. As stated, the floor plan is just a suggestion. It can be altered to fit your sims needs or preferences.
Your completed creations can be uploaded to the gallery, if you wish to share them. Use the following hashtag #TheShellProjectByDvrthmol so that I, along with the community, can check out yours creations!
Important:Â The only rule is that these not be put up behind a paywall. In other words, do not charge people money (patreon, commision, etc.) to download your creations. The shells are for free use and are not meant to be profited from.
