She hadn't planned on coming home from Garden with anyone else in tow, but Irvine had been curious and it wasn't like they were against any visitors for the time being.

Maybe it was a bit dangerous to be completely focused on the weapon in her hands rather than what was on the road or even approaching as she walked - Hyne only knew how likely she was to fall even when she was carefully watching her steps - but she just couldn't help it. It had been forever since Strange Vision had been cleaned, and the sheer difference in the shine was enough to catch and hold her attention as she kept up her brisk pace.

The one movement of color against the field's usual green drew her gaze up to make sure she wasn't going to run face-first into a Glacial Eye, and luckily it happened to be one of her teammates not too far away. But there was a different sort of air about him as she watched him move, one she hadn't seen before, and that much was enough to give her brief pause.

Strange. She hadn't expected to find him outside of Garden, and especially not stalking around like he was. Maybe there was something wrong?
