A fellow yoga teacher mentioned in class that over time, we come to see that everything is our yoga practice. We take what we've learned about patience and strength and letting go and authenticity and forgiveness from all the stretching and breathing and holding our bodies in different shapes off the mat and out of the yoga studios. Our day to day life is our practice-- not just thre few hours a week we spend on or mats.The shapes are just reminders that the work is never done. We can always come back and start fresh.
