House broken in two by tree roots. Iv seen this house for the last 30 years looking untidy and the wall smashed in as if a car had hit it. In the last few weeks all the trees and hedges have been cleared to reveal the damage done by the tree roots. I surveyed a damp job a few doors up and was told the house has not been touched since 1974 since the lad who lived there’s parents passed. The curtains up at the window have not been moved and fell to dust when touched.
