  She didn’t say anything more after that. She didn’t need to. Her moving closer to him said enough. It said more than words ever could. Feeling the way her body pressed against him, he understood that she was trying. They both were. It was just difficult, because they’d begun to see the world in different lights. She saw it through SHIELD goggles. He didn’t. He probably never would.

But his hands moved to her waist, one slipping under her shirt. His finger moved gently, slowly over the skin of her back. There were advantages to constantly using your fingers. Despite their different views, their actions said the most important thing: their story wasn’t over. That meant the world to him.

"We should probably move from this chair," Miles whispered, pulling away from her lips, but only for a short moment. He couldn’t stay away from her for too long.

Their story would never be over. Too much had happened between them, and the truth remained that without Miles she probably wouldn't be here. No matter how they ended, he had still saved her from herself when she was a messed up kid, and dug a way out for the both of them. Miles had given her a cause, something to fight for and to clean up her act somewhat. And he'd been there for her through thick and thin. Something like that wasn't easily forgotten. Nor could she bury the remaining lingering affection for him.

Her hold on his shoulders tightened as the most delicious shiver went down her spine at the familiar feel of his fingers on her skin, teasing her in their gentleness. Kissing him ore deeply, tongue exploring every hidden cavern that wasn't truly all that hidden to her, seeing as how she had kissed him a million times before, she felt the passion she'd always had for him burning hotter once more. Bringing her hands down to his chest, she lingered at the firmest parts of it, following the defined lines with her fingers before teasingly rubbing her thumbs across his nipples.

#20 - upside down kiss

Playing video games was both a hobby of theirs, and playing video games in ridiculous positions was a habit of Miles'. Skye laughs when she walks into the room. Bending down she kisses Miles on the kiss swiftly. 

    {she finished setting up the lines on the bathroom counter using the straw she cut to inhale them. before finishing up, she tilted her head back and took in a deep breath before looking at herself in the mirror and wiping her nose whatever was left on the counter, she dabbed with her finger, brushing her gums with it, and then properly cleaned that part of the counter and flushed the small ziplock bag before coming out and smiling}
