Pre Muffy - This is a beautiful story I swear! So peeps a little over a year ago before y'all met Muffy and Rawkus I shot this music video of a wicked band called Tank and The Bangas, back then I was learning filming and stuff. While filming a little 2-year-old photo bombed the set, it was as if he had just seen and heard the most amazing thing ever. I was amazed by the curiosity and the look of wonder in the eyes of one so young. He was particularly interested in the piano, I stopped filming and had to go say hello as this little soul's curiosity reminded me of me as a little man cab. A little while later the mother asked for a business card and a few days later I received an email. That curious little boy had been deaf all his young life, a few days earlier he had an operation which restored his hearing, the first music, piano, song he ever heard was when we were filming. Can you imagine how beautiful hearing music must have been for him? Now to top it all off, Tank and The Bangas just won the NPR Music 2017 Tiny Desk competition.
