I just had the best weekend

Never be the type of guy that keeps your girlfriend away from her friends.

This past Halloween weekend I can say that I did a job well done. So all this week, I've been on "midterm mode" for I had a take home exam last week and a midterm this Tuesday. I told my beautiful girlfriend that I couldn't really hang with her because I needed to study. So for about 2 weeks, I haven't seen her in person because I needed to grind. I know that Halloween is my girl's favorite holiday, and she got invited to our friend's Halloween party. We both felt really hurt because I told her that I couldn't make it. I needed to do well on my studies. However, hours before the party, I had an awesome idea that I would surprise her at the party. Originally, I wanted to just see her for The Walking Dead, but I was like....fuck it. I've been studying for too long, I needed a break, and I wanted to see my Polaris 😢😢😢. So I called her as she was getting ready. Me: "Hey soooooooooo you're getting ready for the party" Her: "Actually I'm on my way right now. I just paid for an uber" Me while packing my things to spend the night at her place: "oh that's awesome, I'm glad that you're going....wish I can go but you know, I gotta study" Her in a sad tone: "yeeeeeeeeah I know 😔😔😔" Me about to leave for the party: "Yeah, but hey, you know it'll be worth it for both of us later." Her in a sad tone: "yeeeeeeeeah I know 😔😔😔" Me heading to the car contemplating that I need a jacket: "Hey babe....ummmmm question....is it cold outside right now" Her: "No why?" Me thinking fast: "oh no reason.....it's just that you're dressing as Harley Quinn and with those short shorts, you might get cold" Her laughing: "Lol yeah I'm aware but I'm still pulling it off" Me fake laughing about to get into my car: "lol right, but hey you know I just wanted to check up on you....I got alot to handle....soooooooooo I hope you have fuuuuuuuun lol" Her in a sad tone: "yeeeeeeeeah I'll try.....I'll call you when I get home 😔😔😔....I love you" Me knowing what's coming: " I love you too baby 😙😙😙". So as soon as we hung up, I started my car and rushed to the party. In a way, it was cool because I was 30 minutes late to the party 😏😏😏😏. Not bad. So when I arrived, the house was mad lit. Drinks, music, and awesome costumes. And there she was.....Ms Harley Quinn 😍😍😍😍😍😍. I tapped her on the shoulder.....she turns around, and screamed soooooooooo loud lmaos. After that, I was like, " You've been tricked....and treated 😆😆😆😆". She was so happy that I came. I was happy that I came. Because no matter how hard I need to study, I didn't want to miss her favorite holiday 😋😋😋😋😋. The party was mad awesome, but we left early and we spent the night together 😎😎😎😎. Best Halloween thus far 😊😊😊😊
