I also posed into one of my favourite coffee shops in Newcastle called The Press. I haven't been there often but they sell my fav Cold Brew made by Serious Delirium. The Barista was really nice and I asked him how things were with all the construction going on. He said it has been pretty slow, since the foot traffic has died down. This made me wonder about how many of the local businesses will suffer during the light rail construction. I know just recently the Locomotive she down, maybe thats partially due to the second location they opened up being right on Hunter Street with all the Light Rail works... I am really hoping for the shops to be able to push through till it’s all done and then reap the rewards of more people in the city.
